RCC is a private, member-owned club located on the north east edge of Duluth, Minnesota. Weekly Menu September 6, 2010

The following are the dining specials for the week of September 6: 

St Louis Spare Ribs - Smoked pork ribs covered with barbeque sauce and served with fries and coleslaw. $8.95

Beef Stroganoff - Steak tips, mushroom and onions serverd over egg noodles, covered with a creamy gravy.  $9.95

Mushroom & Swiss Burger - A grilled 1/2 pound burger topped with sauteed mushrooms and swiss cheese.  $8.25

Greek Salad - Grilled chicken, feta cheese, bell peppers, red onions, cucumbers and black olives served over mixed green lettuce and tossed in Greek dressing.  $7.95

Reuben Wrap - Shaved corn beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and 1000 island dressing wrapped in a flour tortilla. $7.75

FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER SPECIAL
Rosemary Pork Rib Eye - A lightly breaded, pan seared rib eye seasoned with rosemary and parmesan cheese, served with steamed potatoes and sugar snap peas. $12.95

Lasagna - Classic Italian saugage lasagna covered with marinara sauce and mozarella cheese, served with garlic bread. $10.95
