Ridgeview Country Club

RCC is a private, member-owned club located on the north east edge of Duluth, Minnesota. The elevation changes and natural rustic beauty of our Duluth Minnesota golf course, combined with friendly professional staff, make Ridgeview Country Club an exceptional experience for club members and their guests.

Weekly Menu July 19th, 2010

The following are the dining specials for the week of July 19: 

Southwest BBQ Salad - Mixed greens, tomato, black beans, and corn tossed in ranch dressing, topped with a grilled BBQ chicken breast, shredded cheddar cheese and corn tortilla chips. $8.25

Bronco BLT - Bacon, lettuce, tomato, smoked turkey and pepperjack cheese.  Topped with chipotle mayo between two slices of toasted white bread.  $7.95

Prime Rib Sliders - Slow roasted prime rib topped with a mild horseradish sour cream.  Served on two toasted dinner rolls with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. $8.75

Buffalo Bleu Cheese Burger - A 1/3 lb burger basted in spicy buffalo sauce and topped with bleu cheese dressing and french fried onions.  Served on a toasted kaiser roll.  $8.25

FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER SPECIAL
Bourbon Pork Loin - Roasted pork loin topped with bourbon applesauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and chef's choice vegetable $12.95 

Lemon Pepper Chicken - Grilled lemon pepper chicken breast served with cilantro lime rice and chef's choice vegetables. $12.95
